Elizabeth Sparks was born in upstate New York in 1991. She is a former volunteer firefighter and rescue operator and current professional freelance dancer, stunt woman for theatre, and choreographer. Elizabeth has been practicing martial arts since she was 17 and now holds her second degree black belt in American Shito-Ryu. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2015 and became an alum of the L.A. Stunt Academy in 2018. She has appeared in the TV series Nashville (2013), Homicide Hunters (2014), The Originals (2018), and films An Idle Dream (2010), The Spy Who Dumped Me (2018), First Man (2018), and The Mule (2019).
